Upload Photos & Place Order
Upload clear, high-quality mobile photos of your dog to ensure the best possible result. Describe your dog’s personality in a few words, share your fashion preference, and we'll handle the styling. Complete your order and make a secure payment via bank transfer.
Receive Previews & Finalize Portrait
Within 2-3 working days, you will receive two digital previews of your portrait. Choose the one you like best and provide any feedback or adjustments you'd like to see. Once you approve the final version, your portrait will be printed and shipped according to your chosen print options.

Previews & Design Modifications
Can I make changes to the preview?
Yes, after receiving the two previews, you can choose one and provide feedback for any adjustments at no extra cost. This includes one complimentary revision round. Once you approve the design, we’ll finalize and deliver your portrait based on your selected print option.
Can I have multiple dogs in one portrait?
Yes, we can create portraits featuring two or three dogs and/or cats. Simply place a Tailor Made order on our website, where we will first review your requirements and provide a cost estimate. Alternatively, you can email us at support@godandy.nl or call us via WhatsApp at +316 466 301 03 to discuss your needs and options.
Can I see a preview without paying?
No, previews cannot be provided without payment. However, you can choose the Klarna option for deferred payment. After payment, you will receive two digital previews within 1 to 3 days, from which you need to choose. You can provide feedback for further adjustments if you are not satisfied with the previews.
Will I receive a preview before production?
Yes, within 1 to 3 days, you will receive two digital previews of your portrait via email. You can then choose your preferred preview. Once you’ve made your selection, we will finalise the design based on your choice and the selected print option (downloadable file, print in a tube, or framed portrait).

Can I adjust the size?
Yes, you can adjust the size of your portrait. After receiving the preview, contact us via email at support@godandy.nl or via WhatsApp at +316 466 301 03 to specify the desired adjustments.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it. After this period, the order becomes final, but you can still make changes for a fee of €25 per modification. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
What is the delivery time?
Downloadable files are delivered within 1 to 3 days after design approval. For physical prints, such as prints in a tube, floater frames, or dibond, the delivery time in the Netherlands is 2 to 3 weeks. In other European countries and North America, we offer only downloadable files or prints in tubes, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. We typically ship prints via DHL within 4-6 weeks from the closing date of the sales window. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that we are a small shop, and prints are made to order and hand-signed, so we appreciate your patience. If you reject the design, delivery may be delayed by approximately 2 days. For questions about delivery times or to track your order, feel free to contact us.
In which countries does GoDandy deliver physical prints?
GoDandy provides downloadable files worldwide for custom portraits. In the Netherlands, physical prints, such as prints in tubes, floater frames, or dibond, are available. In Europe and North America, physical prints are available only as prints in tubes. Outside these regions, customers can receive only downloadable files.
Note: Non-custom products, such as Limited Editions, are available as physical prints only in the Netherlands, Europe, and North America. These products are not offered as downloadable files. In the Netherlands, Limited Editions are delivered as prints in tubes, frames, or dibond. In the rest of Europe and North America, they are available only as prints in tubes.
Will I receive a tracking link?
For international orders, yes. Once your design is approved and processed by the print shop, you will receive a DHL tracking link via email within 2 days. If you don't receive the link, please contact us.
For deliveries within the Netherlands, we use the private courier service of FotolabKiekie. They will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time, so no tracking link is provided for Dutch orders.
I live outside Europe or North America; can I still have a GoDandy portrait made?
Yes, even if you live outside Europe or North America, you can have a GoDandy portrait made. We offer high-resolution downloadable files for our custom portraits worldwide, which you can print and frame at a local print shop.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@godandy.nl. Include a photo of the damage in your email so we can properly assess the situation. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your portrait!
What are the international shipping costs at GoDandy?
Shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination and product type. For physical prints, such as prints in tubes, shipping costs generally range from €15 to €40, depending on the country and print size. There are no shipping costs for downloadable files, which can be delivered worldwide without additional shipping fees. For specific information about shipping costs to your country, please contact our customer service at support@godandy.nl.
Shipments within the US, EU, and UK are not subject to import duties or taxes, though local taxes may apply and will be collected at checkout. For shipments outside these regions, customs fees and taxes may apply, and the buyer is responsible for any charges. DHL will notify you if this is the case and handle payment. Failure to pay may delay your shipment. Returns due to customs fees or taxes will not be accepted.

Can I return my order?
Please note that all our products are printed on demand, making them final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable. This applies to both custom portraits and Limited Edition Re-arts. Since each piece is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to offer a replacement.
