Please fill out the form below if you have any questions about your order, our products, or potential collaborations. We’ll respond to you within 24 hours, but we usually fetch answers much quicker!
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Custom Products
GoDandy offers custom-made products, such as personalized dog portraits. Unfortunately, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these personalized products, as they are created specifically for you and are final upon payment. However, you may cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will be considered definitive.
If you receive a digital preview, you must approve or reject the design within 3 weeks. If you do not respond within this timeframe, the design will be automatically approved.
1.2 Re-art Products
The right of withdrawal applies to standardized re-art products, which are not made specifically for the customer. These products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. You must inform GoDandy in writing of your wish to withdraw within this period. The product must then be returned within 14 days of notification, with return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product, GoDandy will refund your payment within 14 days.
2. Modifications and Cancellations of Orders
2.1 Order Modifications
You may request changes to your order, whether initiated by you or due to unforeseen circumstances, within 4 hours of placing the order. After this period, additional costs may be incurred for any changes made.
For both custom and non-custom products, if there are extra costs associated with the modification, these will be billed as additional work. Conversely, if the modification results in cost savings, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
2.2 Design Adjustments
You can make adjustments to the design at no extra cost, allowing for one complimentary feedback round. If you’re still not satisfied after receiving the digital previews, you can submit a new photo for a completely new design free of charge, also with one feedback round. For a third design request, a fee of €4.95 will apply.
2.3 Unforeseen Circumstances
GoDandy reserves the right to cancel an order if unforeseen circumstances make it necessary. For example, this may occur if the requested dog portrait cannot meet GoDandy's quality standards due to the breed or specific characteristics of the dog being too complex to render in line with our artistic standards. In such cases, GoDandy will notify the customer and, if applicable, offer a full refund of any payments already made.
3. Damaged Products Policy
At GoDandy, we strive for excellence in every portrait we create. However, if you receive a damaged product, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
3.1 Reporting Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us at support@godandy.art. Include a description of the damage and attach clear photographs of the damaged product for our records.
3.2 Return Process
Once we have received your damage report, we will evaluate the situation. If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item unless specified otherwise.
3.3 Timely Notification
To ensure a swift resolution, please notify us of any damage within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process a claim for the damaged item.
4. Refund Process for Damaged Products
If we determine that a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item within 14 days of confirming the damage.
